Founding
Founded in 1957 in Schwelm, Germany. We became known worldwide as manufacturer of iron and steel products.
Relocation
We relocated to Indonesia and have been operating under the Letter of Agreement of President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 290/I/PMA dated June 07, 1996 as Foreign Investment (PMA) company.

Current Operation
We are continuing to manufacture quality steel and iron products with our Headquarters in Jakarta, the Capital City of Indonesia and our Factory in Purwokerto a City in Central Java.
